Executive Director Patients and Lawsuits Below is an example of a
letter which was designed specifically for Mississippi D.O's facing lawsuits
arising from Lawyer advertisements for diet drugs etc. The following statement was provided by Tommy Hughes, D.O. This statement may be used by a patient to remove their doctor from the lawsuit. Often patients are not aware that the doctor is also named in the lawsuits, believing they are only suing the pharmaceutical company. Statement to Remove Doctor from Lawsuit Thanks to Dr.'s Stewart and Hughes for sharing these documents with us.
